Single user Print License Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
BY DOWN LOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING OR USING ARTFUSIONS ARTWORK ,
YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING LICENSE.
YOU NEED NOT NOTIFY ARTFUSIONS IF YOU AGREE TO THIS LICENSE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THE ARTWORK.
1.Copyright
The license issuer is David Hargreaves - artfusions.
All artistic material created by artfusions whether physical, digital or intellectual
is protected by national and international copyright law.
2.License
Copyrighted material is licensed to users, not sold.
artfusions retains the right of use of the copyrighted material whether on disk,
in read only memory, or on any other media electronic or printed.
3.Usage
This license allows you to install and use the digital artwork on a single computer.
Usage is restricted to the printing of personal print copies only.
You may make one copy of the digital artwork in machine-readable form for backup purposes only.
The backup copy must include all copyright information contained in the original.
4.Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the artwork in any way.
You may not modify, adapt or create derivatives of the artwork and copyrighted material,
You may not ( electronically or physically ) sell, rent, lease, publish, display or project publicly,
loan or distribute the artwork and copyrighted material.
5.Disclaimer
artfusions shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the use of the supplied artwork
including loss of profit, loss of information, loss of data or any financial loss.
The artwork is supplied on a as is basis .
Quality of final output is not guaranteed as this remains device dependent.
6.Complete Agreement
This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
with respect to the use of the artwork produced and supplied by David Hargreaves - artfusions.
